Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Licensed Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders in a virtual setting
• Engage and navigate individuals to appropriate behavioral health and primary care services
• Collaborate with the clinical team and manage the end-to-end navigation process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Clinical Social Work license
• 3+ years of experience in care coordination or case management within a health plan or at-risk provider
• Experience in a contact center environment with patient outreach and engagement
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health and substance use disorders
• Access to a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace for clinical duties
