Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PhDs in preparing and reviewing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service provision for medical necessity
• Oversee medical policies and manage the ABA/Psychology team to ensure effective and cost-efficient care
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert and liaison to support medical management programs and investigate suspected healthcare fraud cases

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in assessing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders
• Five (5) or more years of administrative experience in healthcare or managed care
• PhD or PsyD with specialization in neurodevelopment and child/adolescent psychology or behavior analysis
• Experience providing clinical guidance in business analytics
• Active and current BCBA or Psychology state license without encumbrances
