Job Summary
Providing direct, patient-facing care to children and families, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will deliver brief, evidence-based interventions and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing follow-up sessions via telehealth, delivering structured, goal-oriented care
- Collaborate with pediatricians and psychiatric consultants to coordinate care and support families with various needs
- Document all care in the EHR, track patient progress using validated screening tools, and manage scheduling and follow-ups
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in specified states
- 3+ years of experience or a minimum of 3,000 supervised hours working with children, adolescents, and families
- Flexibility with hours, including availability for 2 evenings per week and 2-4 weekend days per month
- Experience and training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation
- Comfort working in a telehealth environment with strong organizational and documentation skills
