Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To support adult oncology patients, the independent contractor Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will provide remote behavioral health care management services, conducting screenings, delivering interventions, and coordinating care with oncology providers while committing to a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health care management services to adult oncology patients
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with oncology providers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
• Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT)
• Evidence-based behavioral health experience
• Experience collaborating with physicians
• Passion for quality behavioral health care
