Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To support the mental health of patients with cancer, the fully remote Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage an assigned caseload, provide brief interventions, and facilitate patient engagement while collaborating with oncology teams from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Support the mental health of patients with cancer through targeted interventions and assessments
• Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care while monitoring treatment responses and side effects
• Collaborate effectively with the partner oncology practice team to identify and support patients needing behavioral health assistance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
• Possession of a clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
• Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
• Ability to operate autonomously while delivering quality behavioral health care
