Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the mental health of patients with cancer, the fully remote Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will provide targeted behavioral health interventions, screen for mental health disorders, and facilitate patient engagement while working Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Support the mental health of patients with cancer on an assigned caseload through brief behavioral interventions
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, facilitating follow-up care
• Develop effective working relationships with partner oncology practice teams to identify and support patients needing behavioral health assistance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
• Possession of a clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting
• Prior experience interacting with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment
