Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist

Job Summary

To support a digital health platform, the freelance Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will guide clients toward optimal health and well-being through telehealth consultations, utilizing assessments and personalized care plans in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Guiding clients through their health journeys and establishing personalized care plans
• Engaging clients via video conferencing and text messaging to provide emotional support and problem-solving techniques
• Collaborating with the client care team to maximize resource access and support clients' psycho-social health

Required qualifications

• MA/MS in Psychology or related field; BA/BS degree with relevant experience may be considered
• Health coaching certification with accreditation (e.g., CHES, ACE, ICF)
• Minimum 1-3 years of health coaching experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience addressing behavioral health and life transition challenges
• Proficient in using technology for remote consultations and client engagement
