Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Utilization Management - ABA - PIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Monitors performance and quality standards of the utilization management team
• Educates the team on initiatives and collaborates with senior management on process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, Professional Counselor, or equivalent required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred
• Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services preferred
