Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Care Management - Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises care management team and coordinates care for behavioral health members
• Monitors documentation for compliance with regulations and assigns caseloads to staff
• Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to ensure high-quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 4+ years of related experience in behavioral health care management
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN as per state requirements
• Experience with care coordination and managing escalated care cases
• Experience in onboarding, hiring, and training care management staff
