Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist - Value-Based Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical knowledge and skills in psychotherapy and clinical counseling to provide care to patients
• Provide individual, group, family, and crisis counseling across a range of mental health issues
• Consult with team members and facilitate discharge planning by acting as a liaison between patients and community support

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of current psychotherapeutic techniques and practices
