Job Summary

Licensed Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter is a full-time position responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment of licensed mental health professionals for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities, focusing on sourcing, pipeline management, and partnership with clinical leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for in-person behavioral health providers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in competitive markets
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning and manage offer negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience
• Proven success in recruiting licensed clinicians
• Experience in staffing Skilled Nursing Facilities or Assisted Living Facilities preferred
• Strong sourcing and closing skills
