Job Summary

To enhance clinical outcomes and ensure compliance, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Program Manager will engage with ABA providers, monitor program effectiveness, and collaborate with various teams while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with senior leaders at ABA facilities to improve quality of care and billing practices
  • Conduct audits of ABA programs and implement Performance Improvement Plans to address performance issues
  • Analyze clinical outcomes and utilization data to identify outliers and measure program performance improvements
Required qualifications
  • Licensed Master's degree-level clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage or Family Counseling, or Licensed Ph.D. level Psychologist
  • Independent, active, and unrestricted licensure
  • 3+ years of Managed Care and/or Utilization Review experience in a Managed Care setting
  • 3+ years of experience with CPT/HCPCS codes
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of analytics software such as Microsoft Excel
