Licensed Behavioral Specialist - WI

Job Summary

Providing virtual support for psychoeducational groups, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Specialist - WI will assess behaviors, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while working remotely from a state where the organization operates.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups tailored to patients' specific needs and goals under clinical supervision
• Conduct environmental context assessments and guide patients through real-world skill practice during video sessions
• Document mental health services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to adjust care plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if working in an Addiction Recovery program
• At least 12 months of relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience
• Compliance training for Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) preferred
• Training on telehealth platforms and technical troubleshooting with patients
