Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Therapist for a full-time remote position who will conduct virtual therapy sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health disparities.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Licensure in multiple states is preferred
• Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
