Licensed Benefits Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely, the seasonal Licensed Benefits Advisor will assist Medicare and Pre-Medicare eligible retirees in selecting appropriate health plans, providing exceptional customer service and conducting needs analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and enroll retirees in various insurance products, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
• Guide Pre-Medicare recipients on their options and provide Medicare education
• Conduct needs analyses to help retirees select plans that meet their individual needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service
• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the US
• Ability to pass a background check
