Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant who will manage client relationships and provide expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client services and maintain relationships without Producer input
• Direct service team for a large market book of business and develop new business leads
• Prepare and present renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers for client benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten (10) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License and must meet Continuing Education requirements for renewal
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles and market conditions
