Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in designing their benefits packages and selecting appropriate plans
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of insurance forms
- Communicate proactively with customers to resolve issues and maintain current health insurance information
Required Qualifications
- An active Life & Health broker license is required
- Experience in selling or administering small group benefits, particularly for SMBs and startups
- Exceptional detail orientation for building resilient systems and processes
- Deep customer empathy to prioritize customer needs effectively
- Proven ability to communicate complex benefits decisions clearly to clients
