Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in designing their benefits packages and selecting appropriate plans
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of insurance forms
• Communicate proactively with customers to resolve issues and maintain current health insurance information

Required Qualifications

• An active Life & Health broker license is required
• Experience in selling or administering small group benefits, particularly for SMBs and startups
• Exceptional detail orientation for building resilient systems and processes
• Deep customer empathy to prioritize customer needs effectively
• Proven ability to communicate complex benefits decisions clearly to clients
