Job Summary
Supporting customers through inbound calls and written communication, the full-time Licensed Benefits Counselor will assist with life and health benefits enrollment, claims inquiries, and troubleshooting in a remote contact center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, enrollments, claims, and payments
- Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
