Job Summary

Supporting customers through inbound calls and written communication, the full-time Licensed Benefits Counselor will assist with life and health benefits enrollment, claims inquiries, and troubleshooting in a remote contact center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and document interactions accurately in Salesforce
  • Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, enrollments, claims, and payments
  • Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining compliance standards
Required qualifications
  • Active Life and Health insurance license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
