Licensed Benefits Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Benefits Enrollment Specialist will guide clients' employees through their benefits options, manage enrollment processes, and stay informed about benefit offerings while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one benefit consultations by phone or virtual meeting, explaining various benefit options
• Complete enrollment applications accurately, verifying eligibility and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Stay updated on benefit products and maintain clear documentation in the company's systems

Required qualifications

• An active resident-state Health and Life Insurance License in good standing
• Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or a similar customer-facing role
• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefit products
• Ability to obtain additional non-resident licenses as needed
• Comfort using virtual meeting tools and benefit administration platforms
