Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the full-time Licensed Benefits Strategist will validate benefits strategies, ensure implementation readiness, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer onboarding and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to review and validate proposed benefits strategies and identify potential risks before implementation
- Prepare accurate implementation details, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and ready for the next steps
- Create and improve internal documentation and processes to streamline workflows between Sales, Benefits, Client Success, and Operations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, benefits administration, insurance operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of group health benefits, plan design, and carrier workflows
- Active health and life insurance license, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex customer information
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
