Licensed Bilingual Creole or Spanish Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with members via telephonically and/or video to provide clinical advice and connect them with necessary resources
• Working closely with PCP partners and Devoted Medical Group to coordinate care and deliver accessible healthcare
• Providing feedback to improve operational processes, software tools, and data capabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• A compact RN license and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
• A minimum of 4 years of RN experience, preferably in ER or ICU
• Prior clinical triage experience through a helpline or provider office
• BSN Degree
• BLS Certification
• Bilingual in English and Creole or Spanish
