Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative - Spanish-English - Remote USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting suitable products and services
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound communications
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and identify additional needs for product upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aptitude and self-discipline to learn and pass the state licensing exam
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience
