Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent

Job Summary

As a remote Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C), the successful candidate will sell insurance products, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve service issues while working full-time in a dynamic environment, requiring an active Property & Casualty insurance license and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service with clear communication
• Educate customers on policy options and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in inbound/outbound sales, upselling, or consultative selling
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close sales
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
