Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Bilingual Medicare Sales & Retention Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
• Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times
• Serve as a consumer advocate to help clients maximize savings and understand SelectQuote's product offerings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Accident & Health resident insurance license required by a specified deadline
• Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience required
• Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
