Licensed Bilingual Medicare Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Licensed Bilingual Medicare Agent will manage outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and guiding them through plan benefits in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current policyholders to ensure satisfaction and assist with plan benefits
• Cross-sell and retain clients by providing information on SelectQuote's range of products
• Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times

Required qualifications

• Active Life & Health or Accident & Health Insurance Producer License
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete AHIP certification and onboarding requirements by a deadline
• Recent insurance or call center experience preferred
