Key Responsibilities

• Investigate auto accidents by reviewing coverage, determining liability, and assessing damages
• Engage with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text to deliver excellent service
• Utilize modern tools and resources to negotiate fair settlements effectively

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience handling Bodily Injury claims
• Experience managing complex or severe Bodily Injury claims
• Familiarity with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center
• Knowledge of insurance policies and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
