Investigating automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, the fully remote Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will handle moderately complex represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist cases, while providing exceptional customer service and engaging in negotiations for fair settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess coverage, liability, and damages for represented claims involving automobile accidents
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels, including calls, emails, and texts
• Utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate and reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Active license as a Bodily Injury Adjuster
• Experience in handling automobile accident claims, particularly those involving litigation
• Familiarity with negotiation processes in claims settlement
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of coverage and liability assessment in insurance claims
