Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster for remote work in NY, NJ, or PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved using various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• Experience in handling claims in NY, NJ, or PA is required
• 2-5 years of complex/severe Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
