Licensed Branch Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager to organize and manage a high-performing Loan Production Office (LPO), driving sales growth while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a profitable and compliant Loan Production Office (LPO), including recruiting and developing staff
• Originate and close residential mortgage loans that meet bank guidelines and profitability goals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of real estate lending experience with a strong understanding of residential mortgage products
• Proven record of personal production and/or leading a successful mortgage sales team
• Demonstrated sales leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
• Experience managing staff and business results in a sales-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage/banking software
