Job Summary

Leading client service initiatives, the full-time Licensed Broker Associate will manage the acquisition of new business revenue from clients, oversee a client service team, and support account management for less complex accounts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients while providing high-level client service
• Lead a client service team and manage day-to-day account activities
• Assist in managing accounts of low to medium complexity and support senior team members with larger accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience
• Active insurance license required
