Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, consistent responses to client and internal/external stakeholder inquiries
• Maintain and update policy data and documentation within the AMS and CRM
• Manage specialty policy servicing requests, including binding, cancellations, and billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
• 1+ year of experience in an insurance-related role
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Dependable, positive, and action-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
