Job Summary

To support brokerage operations, the full-time Licensed Brokerage Operations Professional will manage incoming and outgoing calls, process account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide services as part of a brokerage operations team, including answering calls and managing workflow
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services, and applicable policies
• Analyze and provide high-quality service to ensure member and field satisfaction while meeting service level timeframes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
