Key responsibilities
- Answer member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow within the brokerage operations team
- Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions, ensuring high-quality service and member satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage products, services, and operational policies to provide accurate and timely communications
Required qualifications
- High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools
