Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote capacity, the full-time Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality service for clients and field professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services, and applicable policies and procedures
• Analyze and approve transactions, ensuring timely service and high levels of member and field satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools
• Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, Netx360, or similar systems
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work flexible shifts based on volume forecasts
