Job Summary
Providing support in brokerage operations, the full-time Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist will manage incoming phone calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Answer member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow to ensure efficient service delivery
- Analyze and process complex transactions, maintaining accuracy and compliance with operational policies
- Build and maintain professional relationships with field professionals and internal business units to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools
