Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Counsel to support immigration practices remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for the international transfer of skilled employees for corporations
• Manage casework efficiently in a high-volume business immigration practice
• Research and draft affidavits and briefs related to immigration cases

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in the primary state of residence
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business immigration as a licensed attorney
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative
