Licensed Business Legal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Business Legal Manager to support its legal functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the billing process, including coordination and tracking
• Prepare and review LTRs, RFPs, and engagement letters
• Review, draft, and analyze agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree (licensed attorney preferred)
• Ideally 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience in corporate law, real estate, finance, or a related practice area
• Experience working within established companies or mid-to-large law firms
• Strong contract review and drafting experience
