Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Triage Consultant I to work remotely and support military members and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume telephonic and chat contacts in a 24/7 Call Center environment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participant needs across various domains and provide appropriate referrals
- Assess and manage crisis situations, ensuring effective de-escalation and appropriate interventions
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Minimum of one year of related professional experience, preferably in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Demonstrated experience in counseling, social work, or mental health services
- Knowledge of mandated reporting procedures and military lifestyle
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
