Job Summary

Licensed Call Center Consultant, responsible for providing assistance and consultation in a remote full-time position, focusing on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume telephonic and chat contacts in a 24/7 Call Center environment
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participant needs across various domains including emotional well-being and legal assistance
  • Manage crisis situations and initiate appropriate referrals and interventions
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
  • Minimum of one year of related professional experience, preferably in an EAP setting
  • Knowledge of mandated reporting procedures
  • Understanding of military lifestyle and culture
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain security clearance
