Job Summary
Providing critical support in a remote environment, the full-time Call Center Triage Consultant I will manage high-volume calls and chats, conduct comprehensive assessments, and offer expert consultation to military members and their families regarding Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming telephonic and chat contacts while meeting performance standards in a 24/7 Call Center environment
- Conduct thorough assessments of participant needs across various EAP and work-life domains, including emotional well-being and crisis situations
- Document member interactions accurately in electronic case management systems and perform follow-up contacts as required
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Minimum of one year of related professional experience, preferably in an EAP or similar setting
- Demonstrated experience in counseling or mental health services
- Knowledge of mandated reporting procedures, including child and elder abuse requirements
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
