Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and process auto property damage claims in accordance with company policy and relevant laws
• Gather and evaluate evidence to determine claim legitimacy and liability
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activity and contribute to team KPIs for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of property damage claim-handling experience
• Working knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Proficiency with claims management software and Google Workspace
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
