Job Summary

To support high-value bodily injury claims, the full-time Licensed Car Claims Advocate will investigate and process claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with policy standards and regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and process injury claims, gathering necessary documentation and assessing legitimacy
• Set claim values and negotiate settlements, collaborating with legal counsel as needed
• Communicate claim status and outcomes to all parties with professionalism and empathy

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of injury liability claim-handling experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Experience managing litigated and attorney-represented files is a strong advantage
• A college degree
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office
