Licensed Care Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assess and Triage Care Advocate, Remote Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls for assessment and triage from members
• Provide psychoeducation and complete clinical assessments
• Assist members in determining appropriate levels of care and coordinate transitions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D
• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in State of Residency
• 3+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work 10:45am to 7:15pm Central
