Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide goal-oriented consultation using Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques
Educate constituents about Alzheimer's disease and connect them to relevant resources
Document call interactions accurately and adhere to clinical protocols and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred: Licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC)
Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in a related field
