Licensed Care Manager

Job Summary

Licensed Care Manager, a full-time position, coordinates and oversees behavioral health services to ensure members receive high-quality care while promoting engagement and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualized care plans to support recovery and self-management
• Build collaborative relationships with members and providers to enhance engagement and continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with documentation and service authorization standards while participating in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse
• 3-5 years of direct clinical care experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings
• Strong clinical judgment and case management skills
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check upon hire and throughout employment
• Proven interest in professional development through specialization or advanced degree
