Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members through their mental health care journey, providing support via phone, chat, and email
• Manage care coordination needs, including scheduling appointments and troubleshooting tech issues
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide crisis management support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with appropriate licensure or certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Fully bilingual in English and French; additional language fluency is a plus
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
