Licensed Care Navigator - French

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Care Navigator - French Speaking (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their mental health care journey through various communication channels
• Manage care coordination needs, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and service explanation
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide crisis support as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with appropriate licensure or certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Fluency in both English and French, with additional language skills being a plus
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
