Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Care Navigator - Italian Speaking (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients through their mental health care journey via phone, chat, and email
• Manage care coordination needs, including scheduling appointments and troubleshooting issues
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide crisis management support

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with appropriate licensure or certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Fluency in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
