Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group career counseling for career exploration and job search strategies
• Design and deliver workshops and presentations that support diverse student populations
• Conduct employer outreach and organize career-related events to promote student engagement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field, or a Master's degree with a certificate in career counseling
• One or more years of professional experience in career counseling within higher education
• One or more years of experience in employer outreach and organizing career-related events
• Experience with career assessment tools such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory
• One or more years of experience in conducting workshops or group training sessions in a career development context
