Job Summary

To support Medicare beneficiaries, the remote, part-time Licensed Cares Retention Advocate will make proactive outbound calls, handle inbound support, and conduct annual plan reviews while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Make proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
  • Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments and plan changes
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow compliance workflows
Required qualifications
  • Active health insurance license (multi-state preferred)
  • 1-2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
  • 2026 AHIP certification preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a big plus
